HSHS Medical Group’s newest “Health Today” episode features Justin Hill, MD, a family medicine physician at HSHS Medical Group Family Medicine in Shiloh, Illinois. In this episode, viewers learn why Dr. Hill chose to become a doctor and how he cares for patients.
“I felt my calling from God was to be a physician,” said Dr. Hill. “When I was looking at how to serve people better, this was a natural fit for me.”
In the episode, he describes the experience patients can expect in his office: “I deliver patient-first care by treating patients like my family. People come through with problems or a family member they are concerned about. From the front desk, all the way back to the exam room, you should have people smiling, treating you like family, giving you kindness and care,” he said.
In addition to traditional family medical care, Dr. Hill also offers acupuncture as an alternative if mainstream medicine is not working well.
Dr. Hill completed his medical degree at the University of Arkansas College of Medicine. He completed residencies at Carilion Clinic in Roanoke, Virginia and Saint Louis University in Belleville, Illinois. Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, Dr. Hill is a member of the American Association of Family Practitioners. In his free time, Dr. Hill enjoys spending time with family and friends, coaching/sports, traveling and woodworking.
Dr. Hill is located at HSHS Medical Group Family Medicine at 1116 Hartman Lane in Shiloh, Illinois. For an appointment, please call 618-641-9011.
