She didn't want to test me for COVID-19 and now I regret not getting tested. I even told her I work with children. I looked around different locations in Springfield and was unable to get tested after my appointment that day.

After I received my test results via the nurse I was concerned that medications were ordered with out consulting with me about a plan for my health. From many of the articles I have read, patients need to work with their provider to have a plan that is tailored to the individual.

I went in pretty sick. She gave me a cold towel & let me stay until I felt better to go home. (Warm towel and cold towel.) I was able to take time and it really helped. She's always very nice & caring also very knowledgeable. I recommend her to anyone!

Mary has been a beacon of hope and strength though the last 4.5 years with me. she has been encouraging supportive and available while we search for a diagnosis. without her I would truly be alone, medically, because my chronic pain could easily be misconstrued. She has went above and beyond when it comes to facilitating referrals and supplying disability paperwork, sometimes with less than 24 hours notice. I feel she puts my needs at high priority because she is aware of the urgency to get me a proper diagnosis and pain relief. She is always encouraging and hopeful that we are in this together and if we keep going we will find the answers. I have recommended Mary to family and friends and they have been more than pleased with her care.

I was diagnosed with a sinus infection but the symptoms lingered for days until I came back in on 2/12/20. I was tested for the flu and found I had Infuenza A. The staff was at a loss as to whey I wasn't tested on my 2/9/20 visit. By this time it was too late for TamaFlu. I am still not completely over some of my symptoms.

As of today is has been 8 days since I was given my prescription. it was sent to CVS pharmacy on the 10th and I still have received it because insurance needs a prior authorization from Mary. It has been sent to her multiple times from the pharmacy and I called about it Monday 12-16-19. As of 12-18-19 I still haven't been able to start the medication.
